چکیده
A linearized non-isothermal general rate model is formulated and analytically solved to quantify the effects of temperature variations in fixed-bed chromatographic columns. The contains a set four coupled PDE accounting for energy transfer resistances, inner outer particle-pore diffusions, interfacial mass axial dispersion. Laplace transform, eigenvalue-decomposition technique, conventional technique solutions ODE are jointly employed solution equations. few numerical test studies considered assess impact system parameters on performance packed-bed adsorption To access range applicability get scope appropriateness calculated analytical results, results also obtained by applying high resolution finite volume scheme. can be used as an invaluable tool analyzing, optimizing, upgrading liquid procedures.

متن کاملA High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic Assay for the Determination of Losartan in Plasma
A rapid and sensitive HPLC method was developed for determination of losartan in plasma. Losartan was extracted from plasma by a two-step extraction procedure using chloroform as extracting solvent in acidic medium. HPLC analysis was performed on a cyano reversed-phase column using phosphate buffer (pH 4.3), acetonitrile (750:250, v/v) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min. Sodium dicl...
متن کاملPreparation and chromatographic evaluation of columns for reversed-phase liquid chromatography.
Column selection in reversed-phase liquid chromatography is still not a straightforward process. In this study, we have evaluated and compared the performance of several traditional C18 phases with polar-modified phases and found distinct differences in the chromatographic behavior between two groups, as well as a high degree of variability within each group. The polar-endcapped phases exhibit ...
